CREATIVE DESIGN TEAM MEMBER

This position will help oversee all social media channels for One Loved Babe, as well as assist with photoshoots, lead graphic design creation, and assist in other creative aspects of the company. Because we are an online company, our online presence is imperative to the success of the company. In this position, you'll work closely with other team members to optimize this success. An ideal candidate should understand and have experience communicating with customers and promoting a brand through social media and marketing channels, as well as have excellent graphic design skills and experience styling. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Design emails, web banners, and other creative assets
Layout and design Instagram stories and posts for content
Contribute to the team by pitching creative ideas
Design and illustrate when projects arise
Assist in photoshoots, including styling outfits and other preparation and follow through
Work closely with the One Loved Babe team to design marketing assets and strategies that reflect the company’s vision and brand standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ year(s) of experience in social media and marketing
Ability to perform in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently with constant direction
Ability to coordinate and communicate with others
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Ability to take constructive criticism well
Up-to-date in design trends with a keen eye for design
Excellent writing skills (including an understanding of English and grammar)
Experience with Shopify preferred, but not required
Background in photography preferred, but not required
Background in Lightroom preferred, but not required

Hours vary, but the team member must be available to be on-site Monday through Friday from 8a-4p, with tasks that may be done remotely or on-site outside of these hours.
