SHIPPING/WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER - PART TIME

One Loved Babe is looking to add a new member to our shipping/warehouse team! One Loved Babe is primarily an online company and we pride ourselves on quick, accurate shipping, making this a very important position. Your primary duty will be daily order fulfillment, which must be done accurately and in a timely manner. This team member will also assist with returns and other tasks around the warehouse.

A successful team member for this position is a quick learner and has great attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and a drive to give customers the best experience with One Loved Babe. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Prepare and ship orders in an efficient manner
  • Efficiently use software to track, check, prioritize, and route orders
  • Manage important documents, such as customer invoices and shipping labels
  • Cleaning of workspaces and warehouse areas to ensure organization and structure
  • Communicate with team members to optimize the success of One Loved Babe
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, or other messaging systems to ensure customer needs are being met pertaining to orders and other relevant areas

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong ability to prioritize important tasks and manage daily schedule
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of online shipping site management and navigation, or commitment to learn these skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent command of English grammar and spelling
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with efficient follow through of daily schedule
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Previous retail/shipping experience is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge and previous experience working in the fashion/retail industry is preferred, but not required

This is a part time position. Employee must be available to be on-site Mondays from 8a-4p as well as two additional weekdays from 8a-2p.
