CUSTOMER SERVICE & STOREFRONT TEAM MEMBER – LINDON, UT
One Loved Babe is looking to add a new member to our Lindon team to lead our customer service and work in our storefront! Providing an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and our team makes all the difference.
This role will have a dual focus of managing customer service emails and helping customers in our Lindon warehouse storefront. This is a great position for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and enjoys connecting with customers both digitally and face-to-face.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Respond to customer service emails in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner

Resolve customer questions and concerns related to orders, returns, products, and general inquiries

Work the warehouse storefront, assisting in-person customers and creating a welcoming shopping experience

Process returns and exchanges accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storefront

Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer care
REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written communication skills with excellent English grammar and spelling

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Comfortable working on a computer and navigating customer service and order management systems (or willingness to learn)

Attention to detail and strong follow-through

Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer situations with care and confidence

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Previous customer service, retail, or fashion industry experience is preferred, but not required
SCHEDULE & DETAILS:

Part-time position, approximately 22-28 hours per week

Must be available on-site (Lindon, UT) Tuesdays (10a-6p), Thursdays (10a-6p), and Saturdays (10a-4p)
- Option: Monday/Wednesday remote or on-site customer service for 1-3 hours
