  • The estimated delivery time for international packages varies, but is typically 2-4 weeks.

One Loved Babe is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once an order has been shipped. We offer ShipTection Shipping Protection to cover your order if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order in your cart. If you opt out of ShipTection Shipping Protection, please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing or damaged.

Claims must be filed within 90 days from the date of shipment. For lost shipments, please wait 20 days, or 30 days for international shipments. Claims for damaged shipments may be filed immediately. 

If your order has Route Package Protection (no longer offered on new purchases):

Claims for packages marked “delivered” yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made at least 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.”

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
