  • Customers for international orders are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. Please contact your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies.
  • The estimated delivery time for international packages varies, but is typically 2-4 weeks.

One Loved Babe is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once an order has been shipped. We offer order protection through re:do for $2.98 that will cover your package if lost, stolen, or damaged. If you opt out of re:do, please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing or damaged. If you purchased re:do and your package is lost, missing, or stolen, please email Please note that we have a 14-day waiting period from the last package update before we can file a claim for a replacement or reimbursement. Packages outside of the continental US may require a 21-day waiting period. Claims must be made within 30 days from the most recent shipping update.

Claims must be filed within 90 days from the date of shipment. For lost-in-transit shipments, please wait 20 days, or 30 days for international shipments. Claims for damaged shipments may be filed immediately.  For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please wait 14 days before filing your claim.
