Return & Exchange Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return eligible unworn, unwashed items for refund or exchange within 30 DAYS of purchase. Shipping charges and shipping protection are nonrefundable.
You will have the return options of a prepaid USPS shipping label (in which case the fee will be deducted from your refund), UPS shipping label (payment made in the portal), "Mail" (you choose and purchase shipping on your own), or "Lindon, UT Storefront Drop-Off" (this requires you to come to the storefront to drop off your return). Free shipping is available for exchanges and returns for store credit only. Returning in-person at our warehouse/storefront is always free as well! Free exchanges are not available for international customers.
Exchanges are reserved at the time of request, but will be canceled if the return hasn't been shipped back within 7 days (request will switch to refund). Exchange orders are shipped once the return has been received and processed by our team (within 1-3 days of delivery to our warehouse). If you prefer a faster turnaround, we recommend submitting for a refund and placing an immediate order for the new size/item.
All returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Items may not be worn or washed, or show signs of wear or damage.
- If the item came to you with tags, the original tags must be attached.
- All returns MUST be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant stains, cigarette smoke, animal hair, etc.
- Swim plastic linings must be on swim bottoms.
- All sale items - including weekend deals, doorbusters, and styles from our “Sale” and “Final Few” collections - are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- All bodysuits, beauty products, and jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- SHOE RETURNS - Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box - the shoebox may not be used as packaging. Damage to the shoe box (including tape or labels placed directly on the shoebox) will make the shoes ineligible for return and they will be returned to the customer at their cost.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. Please try on shoes on indoor carpet so as to not scuff the soles.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. If an item is sent back outside of this time frame, it will not be accepted.
Please do not attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. Items that do not meet these criteria or are otherwise in unsellable condition may be sent back to the customer with no store credit issued.
**If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage/defect.**
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, One Loved Babe can no longer be responsible. One Loved Babe will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
*Please note that colors and patterns may vary due to variations between different monitors and screens, photography lenses and lighting, as well as other factors. These variances do not qualify as defects and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.*
