We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items for store credit within 14 DAYS of receiving them. Items may only be returned for store credit, which may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. 

Please email hello@onelovedbabe.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days and sent via email. 

All returned items must meet the requirements below:

    • MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, STRONG ODORS, DEODORANT, CIGARETTE SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR
    • Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no store credit issued.
    • Swim plastic lining MUST be on swim bottoms.
    • All original tags must be attached.
    • ALL SALE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, FACE MASKS, AND JEWELRY (EARRINGS, NECKLACES, ETC.) ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • ALL SATURDAY STEALS, WEEKLY DEALS, AND FINAL FEW ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SALE ITEMS, MAKING THEM FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE.
    • ALL DOORBUSTERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible to return and will be marked "return to sender". Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email within 5 days of receiving the item

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, One Loved Babe can no longer be responsible. One Loved Babe will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

Please note that store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).

Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 14 days, it will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
