EXCHANGE POLICY (Effective 3/1/17)
- We will be happy to accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
- Customers can exchange for a different size or color of the original item, or be issued store credit towards a new item. We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds.
- ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. If an item is sent back after 7 days of delivery to the customer, it will not be accepted.
- All original tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
- Please email email@example.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, your exchange/store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.
- One Loved Babe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
- We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- If a rewards program coupon is used for a purchase, rewards points/discount will not be returned to you in the event of an exchange.
- If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, One Loved Babe can no longer be responsible. One Loved Babe will cover the cost of USPS First Class return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
- ALL SALE/FLASH SALE/LAST CHANCE ITMES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order, and generally take 2-4 business days to arrive. All packages are shipped through USPS.
- My order said it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check your mailbox. Since we ship through USPS, the package will most likely arrive with your mail. Most people assume it will delivered to their doorstep.
Second, contact your local post office.
